How do I update my email?

  1. Log in

  2. Click the profile icon in the upper right corner.

  3. Click “Manage Profile.”

  4. Inside of “Account profile” select the three vertical dots, then “Edit profile.”

  5. From there, you can update your email. Be sure to hit “Save.”

  6. If you receive an error, it may be that you already have an existing subscription under the new email address.

How do I update my password?

  1. Log in

  2. Click the profile icon in the upper right corner.

  3. Click “Manage Profile.”

  4. Inside of “Account profile” select the three vertical dots, then “Edit profile.”

  5. From there, you can update your password. Be sure to hit “Save.”

How do I update my preferences?

  1. Log in

  2. Click the profile icon in the upper right corner.

  3. Click “Manage Profile.”

  4. Scroll down to “Subscription preferences” and expand the list.

  5. Select (or deselect) the newsletters you'd like to receive.

How do I join the HTN Community?

The HTN Community requires a paid community membership. You can learn more and upgrade here!

How do I refer someone to Health Tech Nerds?

Thanks for spreading the word! Below are steps to access your unique referral link. You can also access by clicking “Share Health Tech Nerds” at the bottom of our newsletters.

  1. Log in

  2. Click the profile icon in the upper right corner.

  3. Click “Manage Profile.”

  4. Scroll down to “Refer a friend.”

  5. Copy and share your unique referral link.

I’m having trouble logging in. Can you help?

Please try these troubleshooting steps first:

  1. If you’re not receiving a one-time link or code, check your spam/promotions folders. If you still don’t see it, it’s possible you may be logging in with the wrong email. If there’s a chance you’ve subscribed with a different email in the past, try that.


  1. If the link or code is not working, clear your cookies.

How do I cancel my community membership?

  2. Select “Cancel paid subscription” if you wish to continue receiving free newsletters from HTN. Select “Unsubscribe” if you wish to cancel and opt out entirely.
