How do I update my email?

If you’d like to update your email, please email us and we will update it on your behalf. 

How do I change or cancel my membership?

If you’d like to cancel your membership or switch from monthly to annual, follow these steps:

  1. Log in: click the three lines in the upper right corner and enter your email associated with HTN. You will then receive a link to that email to access

  2. Click the profile icon in the upper right corner

  3. Change or cancel your membership

    • To switch from monthly to annual, click Manage Subscription 

    • To cancel, click Cancel Premium Subscription.

How do I update my payment method?

  1. Log in: click the three lines in the upper right corner and enter your email associated with HTN. You will then receive a link to that email to access

  2. Click the profile icon in the upper right corner

  3. Click Manage Subscription

  4. You will be brought to a Stripe portal where you can update your payment method. Please be sure to remove any outdated payment methods.

Can I pause my membership?

Unfortunately it is not possible to pause your membership, but we hope to offer that in the future! Instead, cancel your subscription and you can upgrade again at any time.

I’m a premium subscriber but can’t access premium content on the website. What’s going on?

It’s possible you are not logged in or your membership has been canceled either intentionally or due to failed payment.

To log in, simply click the three lines in the upper right corner, enter your email associated with HTN, and you’ll receive a link to that email to access.

If after logging in you still can’t access premium content, click the profile icon in the upper right corner to verify your subscription status.

How do I invite someone to join the HTN Slack?

Thanks for spreading the word! The HTN Slack is exclusive to premium subscribers so please direct them to this page to join and we’ll send a Slack invite within one business day of them joining.

How can I join or pause coffee chats?

Coffee chats are a great way to meet members you may not otherwise cross paths with. To take part, simply join the #coffee-chats channel in Slack and you will be randomly paired every two weeks.

If at any time you want to pause pairings, navigate to the catchup app and adjust your preferences accordingly. Note that if you are unresponsive or miss multiple meetings in a row, the tool will disable automated pairings.
